Does High engine Temperature always directed to coolant system issue?

Mr. Robin’s BMW Z4 is experiencing high engine temperature and visited us for a check.

This BMW Z4 was sent in by Mr. Robin for us to check for high engine temperature.
We hoisted up the car to ensure there is no coolant leakages.
And as usual using Original BMW handset to do a scan and realized the fan motor have a fault code.
Our BMW specialist swiftly replace the Fan motor.
The BMW Z4 returned back to Mr. Robin with min down time.
