For this weekly blog, we take pleasure to present the appealing Mercedes Benz E200 (2015 model) which we had groomed with the special treatment of ZeTough Ceramic Paint Protection Coating at Revol Carz Makeover workshop. Mention Mercedes Benz and immediately the unmistakable German lineup of luxury cars come to mind. For the E200 (2015), the most noticeable changes are the front profile and the headlights. Mercedes had finally discarded the old-school twin-lamp design. The engine and the 9-TRONIC automatic transmission have been updated with impressive levels of refinement and sleeker styling.
The engine is upgraded from a 1.8-liter to a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo that generates more power (130kW) and impressive torque (300Nm) with less fuel consumption (6.4L/100km). The 0-100km/h sprints clocks at 7.3 seconds with a top speed stands at 235km/h. Notable key features include wide screen cockpit, ARTICO upholstery, Driver Assistance package PLUS; Keyless-Go with hands-free access, and 18-inch 5-spoke alloy wheels.
The Sports variant uses an AMG-designed body kit and sits on a stiffened and lowered suspension.
The Sports models receive a more aggressive two-slat grille with an over sized Mercedes Star.
The old-school quad headlight design was replaced with a singular high performance headlight with daytime running LED technology.
The E200 engine has been upgraded to a more powerful 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo MPFI engine yet with lesser fuel consumption.
The E-Class’ cabin is plush and refined with generous wood, supple leather, chrome; aluminum and carbon-look trim of Mercedes standard.
